Meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for 5–6 days. All meals, except salads, can be frozen for 2–3 months. If your order includes salads, enjoy those first since they perish more quickly than other entrées.

Yes! Except for the salads—salads cannot be frozen. You can freeze meals for 2–3 months, depending on which meals you order. Just make sure the container is sealed tightly before freezing. If you’re reheating directly from the freezer, microwave on high for 3 minutes, stir, then continue heating for 1–2 more minutes depending on the food temperature.

If reheating meals directly from the fridge, microwave for 60 seconds, stir, then heat for another 60 seconds. You can also plate the meals and use the air fryer—air fry for 2–3 minutes until warmed through and golden.

Absolutely! We offer the option to completely customize your own meals—you can order anything you’d like! With our custom meal-prep option, you choose your protein, carbohydrates, and vegetables. We use numbers to help identify meals! When you place an order and receive your delivery, each meal will have a number that corresponds to the one you ordered. Use our website to find the calories and macronutrients for that meal!

Yes! We believe in reducing, reusing, and recycling. While we cannot reuse customers’ containers for new orders, if they are cleaned and returned, we have other uses for them in the kitchen. We’ll reimburse you ten cents per container!

We personally use “MyFitnessPal” for all calorie and macro calculations. We enter the ingredients of each recipe into the app, and it provides all the information we need. To log your macros, press “Quick Add” under breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks, then enter the calorie, protein, carbohydrate, and fat values we provide!
